  Structural wall removal, steel installation, electrics and making good

  Spencer and Harry were brilliant throughout the project. They were professional, clearly explained the process at each stage, and kept the site tidy at all times. All works were completed in line with the proposed plan and timeline, and the budget was spot on with no surprises. Coordination with Building Control and the structural engineer was excellent, which made the whole process feel well managed and stress free. Everything was completed to a high standard and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommended.

  Structural drawings and calculations for removal of a load bearing wall

  Excellent service from start to finish. The engineer was thorough, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. Drawings and structural calculations were produced promptly and to a high standard, with everything clearly explained and suitable for building control approval. Communication was clear throughout and any questions were answered quickly. I felt confident proceeding with the work knowing the structural design had been properly thought through. Would highly recommend.
