  From the initial visit to quote through to the actual work being completed, we found the team to be professional and the work completed to a high standard. We will definitely use this company again and are happy to recommend to others.

  Great company to work with, very easy to talk too and very helpful. Plans are laid out clear and quite easy to follow Management side will call daily to give updates on who will visit next and what the next steps are Any questions or concern they will get back to you ASAP Very happy with how the bathroom turned out BUT Be ready to have space for the workers equipment, we had to house their equipment for the full duration, which blocked us and other workers They don't always turn up on time - sometimes 2 or 3 hours later than the expected time, sometimes not at all.

  Fantastic work and outstanding service

  We recently had our ensuite renovated by AA Cooper, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The project was completed exactly on time and within the original cost estimate. Communication throughout was excellent — we received a call at the end of each day explaining what would happen next, and who would be on site. Any small snags at the end were handled promptly and thoroughly. The finished bathroom looks fantastic, and the quality of workmanship is clear in every detail. We would highly recommend AA Cooper to anyone looking to renovate their bathroom.

  Great company, highly professional

  My husband and I used AA Cooper earlier this year after finding them on Checkatrade, and couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, they were highly professional and one of the best companies we've worked with. Communication was frequent throughout, and the whole team were incredibly friendly. What really stood out was how they took the time to understand what we actually needed, my husband and I didn't want a full refit, just a partial one, and they worked with us to figure out how to achieve that.

  Professional and efficient delivery to high standard

  The fitting of the toilet was done to a professional standard and including some cosmetic work which was well finished. The time between call, quote, delivery and fitting was very good and snagging was carried out quickly. I was very happy with the results and would use them again.

  Great service provided, would recommend

  We had a partial bathroom refurbishment to refresh our existing bathroom and fix some issues from previous work. The team worked with us to find the right solution and kept us updated each day on what was being done. Everyone was professional, friendly and clearly took pride in their work. We’re delighted with the finished result – it exceeded our expectations, especially given it was only a partial refurbishment. A special thanks to Pauline, who was approachable, understanding and kept the whole project running smoothly. We’d happily recommend them and use them again for our next bathroom.
