  The workmen were very polite, punctual and friendly. There were problems on the day with the location of my existing pipes, but the fitter came up with an alternative of resting the tray on a higher plinth. Although it isn’t exactly what I had in mind, as there is a step up to it, it actually works well.

  New Bathroom

  The work was carried out promptly and the team were lovely. Everything run smoothly and nothing was too much trouble. Ashley communicated well throughout the job and was always available to answer questions. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

  Good job, poor communication, 30% higher invoice—won’t use them again.

  AA Cooper did a quality bathroom improvement job, but their invoice was 30% higher than the agreed quote (#7259). The scope didn’t change, and there were no delays on my end, yet they claimed it took longer and refused to discuss it. I was passed between Pauline and Ashley with no resolution. Despite my efforts to negotiate fairly, they insisted on the extra charge. I paid, but I won’t use them again. A shame, as the work was good—but trust matters.

  We provided an itemised estimate for x3 small plumbing jobs advising how many hours were allocated for each job. Whilst conducting the work we called the customer to advise that an additional 2 hours were required to complete the work and this would be added to the final invoice this was due to the products the customer supplied which meant adjusting the existing plumbing to fit the new products. All work was completed to a high standard and we charged for the time it took.

  En-suite renovation + family bathroom tiling/decoration

  Absolutely fantastic from start to finish and we have already recommended Ashley and his lovely team to family and friends! While there were a few inevitable snags that arose, these were addressed promptly and professionally. Both bathrooms look perfect and we’re so happy with the quality of the work. Finally, Ashley is super-responsive and we couldn’t have asked for a nicer or more accommodating person to work with. So happy we went with AA Cooper - we will definitely use them again for our remaining en-suite and cloakroom!
