From the moment I booked an estimate visit, the whole team were very good. Ashley talked me through the products that would best suit my needs, when he came to value. Shirley and Pauline from the moment I agreed on the price and requested the job be completed they kept in touch each step of the way. Martin the plumber turned up at my home 3 weeks after getting the quote, he did an amazing job and was very clean and tidy. I had given him a key so whilst I was at work he completed with my dad checking in each day for 15mins. 4 days later my new shower was installed and ready to use. I requested a second grab bar in the shower after the install. This was ordered, delivered and installed within 3 days. There was a tiny bit of touch painting needed and Chris and his mate did this no questions asked. All in all I would 100% recommend and I have done already to a neighbour.

From the initial visit to quote through to the actual work being completed, we found the team to be professional and the work completed to a high standard. We will definitely use this company again and are happy to recommend to others.

We recently had our ensuite renovated by AA Cooper, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The project was completed exactly on time and within the original cost estimate. Communication throughout was excellent — we received a call at the end of each day explaining what would happen next, and who would be on site. Any small snags at the end were handled promptly and thoroughly. The finished bathroom looks fantastic, and the quality of workmanship is clear in every detail. We would highly recommend AA Cooper to anyone looking to renovate their bathroom.

My husband and I used AA Cooper earlier this year after finding them on Checkatrade, and couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, they were highly professional and one of the best companies we've worked with. Communication was frequent throughout, and the whole team were incredibly friendly. What really stood out was how they took the time to understand what we actually needed, my husband and I didn't want a full refit, just a partial one, and they worked with us to figure out how to achieve that.

The fitting of the toilet was done to a professional standard and including some cosmetic work which was well finished. The time between call, quote, delivery and fitting was very good and snagging was carried out quickly. I was very happy with the results and would use them again.
