Hot water not switching off

Two faults reported. Came out to quote and then completed the for work three weeks later.
Resolved both problems and replaced the appropriate parts; a replacement valve control unit and a thermostat rod.
Invoiced later in line with the quote. Payment online and straight forward.

Removing a bath tub and replacing it with a shower cubicle

The workmen were very polite, punctual and friendly. There were problems on the day with the location of my existing pipes, but the fitter came up with an alternative of resting the tray on a higher plinth. Although it isn’t exactly what I had in mind, as there is a step up to it, it actually works well.
