  Great roof job completed

  Great communication throughout from initial quote to completion. Once James and the boys were up on the roof we were informed of further work that needed completing. Was quoted quickly for this and the work only extended the job for an extra day. Completed the job even through the cold and rainy weather. Very happy with the roof, would definitely recommend!

  James contacted us and arranged a time to call and assess the work to be completed. He arrived as agreed and supplied a quote later in the day which we considered to be reasonable and we agreed for the work to be done. Despite the inclement weather James arrived on time and completed the repair the next day. James and his team were very professional and friendly. James took videos of what had caused our issue abd offered good advice for the future. We would recommend A5 Home Improvements to our friends and family without hesitation. Thank you James and your team.

  Extension roof repair following a storm

  James came to see my roof really quickly. Having climbed up and took a look on that first visit, James could see what the issue was straight away. He was clear about what needed to be done and the likely cost. He was also honest about when he could carry out the work which was sooner than I expected. James was very responsive to my questions. He gave me before and after pictures. He was a pleasure to deal with. I would happily recommend him.

  Cracked Roof Tile Replaced due to Leak - Great Job

  I had some brilliant work done by James and his Team in June 2025. Soffits & Fascias replaced on a Four bedroom detached house and some work on a small dormer valley. I noticed a leak in the bedroom this Week and asked James to come and have a look. He kept his appointment and turned up the next Day to have a look. It was not anything related to the work they had done it was actually a cracked roof tile further above which James & his Team replaced which I was very pleased with. His Company shows how it should be done. Thank You James
