  Due to failing mortar we contacted A5 Home Improvements for advice and a quote. James came to see us on the day and at the time we requested. He gave us his professional opinion and put our minds at rest by explaining the problem and the cure in easy to understand terms. The quote James gave us was very fair and very much along the lines of our hopes. As pensioners, we need to be careful to get value for any work and honesty from any contractors. A5 Home improvements filled all our hopes and expectations. James even got his team to do some additional work free of charge, we are delighted.

  Great lads, turned up early every morning, very respectful, cleaner up after themselves to a great standard. Nothing was to much trouble for them making sure i was completely happy. Would 100% use them again

  James came to quote promptly and once agreed to go ahead the work was carried out within 3hrs and the lads cleabed up well. Can't really fault this company and would recommend their services.

  New dry ridge system installed, james was fantastic very professional

  I had a dry ridge system installed due my old ridge breaking apart with age, james came over and explained everything in detail to me, even showed me what it all is and went throught step by step what him and his team will be doing, treated my property with respect , very friendly team, very professional, , also replaced some missing felt, was happy to take that job on at the same time as fitting the dry ridge system, will be using A5 home inprovemnts again for future jobs

  Really pleased with the work from James and the team. James was the point of contact and provided honest and helpful advice whilst also taking the time to explain what work was being carried out. The team worked quickly and with minimal fuss and I’m really happy with the end result, thank you
