A5 Property Maintenance recently completed a full front renovation on my property and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The standard of work was excellent from start to finish and the transformation is genuinely night and day. They replaced the Tudor boards, installed new composite white panels, fitted new guttering and dry verge systems, and even went above and beyond by addressing the roof valleys which had worn over time. Everything was completed within just 3 days, which was impressive given the scope of the work. What stood out most was their professionalism and work ethic.

James and his team from the very start were really great. The service and the workmanship they provided was second to none. They were punctual, polite and cleaned up and took all the mess away. Can't thank them all enough, they were just brilliant

I need a replacement flat roof over the outside; shared with my neighbour. I contacted A5 and spoke to James who arranged to come out very quickly to give a quote. The quote was very competitive and the work was done very quickly within a week or so. Excellent workmanship; cleaned up afterwards; very good company;
