Used A5 home improvements twice and wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend. Swift and efficient response to enquiries and excellent communication skills from James who kept us fully informed at every step. He identified the problem and offered sound advice and solution both for flat roof and gutter replacement. Also spotted an issue on apex and replaced that at very reasonable price. James and his team worked hard and did a good job, tidying up afterwards . Went over and above liaising with neighbour for us and was much appreciated.

I rang A5 Home Improvements Ltd in January 2026 regarding problems with my gutters, fascias, and roof. James and his team came to see the roof the next day, they discovered that the work on the roof had not been installed properly. They replace and installed everything properly, repaired all the damage caused to the roof. The work carried out by James and his team was excellent very professional and friendly James took videos of what had caused the issues. I have a 10 year guarantee for all work. Great communication throughout from initial quote to completion. Once James and the boys were up on the roof we were informed of further work that needed completing. Was quoted quickly for this and the work only extended the job for an extra day. Completed the job even through the cold and rainy weather. Very happy with the roof, would definitely recommend!

He arrived as agreed and supplied a quote later in the day which we considered to be reasonable and we agreed for the work to be done.
