Responded to our initial call-out on the same day. New dishwasher required. After deciding on our new appliance it was ordered and fitted within a week, Great service, good communication and demonstration of new appliance. Would highly recommend. I called on the 27th May and they came out on the 28th May. The drainage tube had been swallowed up in the washing machine and need recovering. We had tried ourselves, but the machine needed dismantling more than we were willing to do. l contacted A4 Appliances on Friday 31st May and explained the problem which was undestood straight away. Appointment arranged for 1st June. l received a phone call to say they would be with me on Monday morning in 15minutes. They arrived promptly with items that they required to carry out the work needed.
