Great service, phoned on Tuesday to say we had an issue with our integrated fridge and it needed replacing. By Wednesday lunch time we had a new fridge installed.

My dishwasher stopped working and i wanted a local trustworthy company to see if it could be repaired and or replaced. I called A4 as they are a true local company unlike the many purporting to be local but that are not. Quick friendly service, professional visit at a time that suited me and explanation as to why my existing machine was not repairable. Gave me a range of options based in personal circumstances. Delivered and fitted a new machine again at a time that suited me. A proper local company brilliant friendly service and no pressured sales pitch.

The firm is brilliant in the past they’ve repaired both an upright fridge and a dishwasher for us. In both cases came really quickly the same day and fixes were quick and we’ve had no ongoing issues would highly recommend.

Stewart Mitchell was prompt, efficient and pleasant, solving the dishwasher drainage problem quickly after some clever detective work discovering a rogue bit of concrete in the pump!
