  A1 Heating and plumbing Responded very quick, and were pretty much professional in thier responses. The quote was very reasonable, the job was conducted professionally, with respect to standards. The engineer explained the work he did in detail, checked that I was happy with the work, and was clean and tidied up afterwards, and tested everything thorougly. I have also communicated with Ashley, the owner (as i have some further jobs i am considering them for) who is clearly passionate about the work they do. Really happy and I am likely to use their services again.

  Problem Solvers

  Apparently our radiators were not in balance. The problem we inherited meant that some of our radiators didn't heat up when the system was turned on. Sean from A1 identified the problem and rectified within the hour. Now our warmth is guaranteed. I would wholeheartedly recommend A1 for any problem solving around the home.

  Excellent - would definitely recommend

  I ended up needing the shower fully replaced and after getting in touch with A1 Heating and Plumbing on Monday they were here to do the job on Tuesday morning. Prompt, polite, knowledgable - I can’t fault the engineer that replaced the shower. He even gave me tips on how to ensure the fault didn’t happen again. Would definitely recommend.

  New boiler installation

  Fast and efficient. Excellent and friendly service. Came out within an hour to assess our old boiler. A new boiler was fitted the next day. The 2 engineers were brilliant in their communication and recommendations. Would highly recommend.

  The whole experience and work has been absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The team was quick at scheduling engineer visit to assess work and objectively advise on what necessary and not. Quote was sent shortly after visit and was very clear. On the works side of things, the team arrived at the agreed time and carried all the work professionally throughout the day. The team was super polite, professional and left everything super clean after the job was successfully completed. I can only strongly recommend working with A1 Heating and Plumbing.
