  A1 are absolutely AMAZING. Got a boiler service and then new thermostat fitted by Ross who was great - friendly, prompt and super efficient. The whole team are really responsive and communication was fantastic (special shout out to Kyle who answered all my questions, kept me in the loop and even got me booked in earlier than planned when schedules got very busy!!) Honestly can't fault anything, very happy I found A1 and won't hesitate to use them in future :)

  New Combi Boiler Installation in 4th Floor Flat

  My 17 year-old boiler finally packed up, so I got a few quotes for a new installation via Checkatrade. A1 were quick to get in touch and their quote for the work was very reasonable. An engineer came round to have a look and advise on the best solution for externally sealing the high-up flue without the expense of a cherry-picker. Once the 50% deposit was paid, I had a slot secured within the week. Two engineers did the work, they were punctual, professional, polite, and tidy. I am very pleased with the job and the way business was conducted, and I would recommend A1 without hesitation.
