  Washing machine refitting back in kitchen

  The team were really quick and responsive to the initial ad which was to install new fittings/plumbing for a washing machine in the kitchen (ours was in the garage previously). The office were really knowledgable about what would be required. Dan completed the work which ended up being more complex but he was able to problem solve which was great. The work ended up taking double the time and cost due to pipework relocation. In hindsight I should’ve checked the additional cost at the time so the invoice wasn’t as much of a shock but was all reasonable in the end.

  Shower Install

  A1 Heating and Plumbing were booked to install a new shower. Booking the appointment was very easy and they kept good communication prior to the appointment. The engineer phoned to say that he was on his way and gave an estimate of time of arrival. The install went smoothly and we would not hesitate in using them again

  Communication and booking was very good. The engineer was knowledgeable and confident and resolved my issue quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this company.

  Gas oven and hob installation

  The engineer contacted me in good time to inform me he was on his way. I was informed by the company that the job would take longer than expected as an extra gas pipe needed to be fitted. The job was completed to my satisfaction.
