    Excellent service

    Very happy with A1 Heating, great communication from start to finish. The engineer called me beforehand to let me he was on his way and arrived within the time frame given, he was friendly, polite and with ID visible. He checked my boiler and diagnosed the problem almost immediately, talked me through it, reassured me it was fixable and would do the repair now. The job was completed within the hour. Reasonably priced for a call out too. I'm a first time user and I'm extremely happy their service, will definitely use again. Highly recommend

    Urgent repair - fantastic response

    This was a really urgent job as my mother's boiler broke. A1 came out to quote the same day from my initial call and had the boiler fitted and working within 48 hours. The communication was great could not have been happier with the service.

    Boiler service

    Good boiler service. Quick, efficient and also gave advice on what to do about a shower temperature issue. Was a little late and I have to chase up with the office, but a good service.

    Radiator work

    Luke from A1 came to put some new valves on our radiators. He was very professional and knowledgeable and did things in a very swift and efficient manner. I would definitely recommend them.

    No heating

    This was a last minute job due to having no heating in the house which they made east work by turning up quick as I had children under 2 Professionally done and really friendly service

    Fair price. Quality work. Very responsive

    I was very impressed with A1 Heating and Plumbing's service. They were very responsive when my gas boiler packed up in the middle of winter. Their quote was 40% cheaper than British Gas'. Ashley was very helpful. The installers did a great job, were very neat and looked for creative ways to ensure that the boiler fit into the existing space in my kitchen. I would highly recommend them any day.
