    Very professional from first contact to installation

    After my boiler broke down I had a few companies in to give me a quote. A1 came in as recommended installer from Vaillant ( boiler brand I had installed in my flat) They were the first company not taking advice of my situation. They made a reliable offer and next day my new boiler was installed. The communication was great, they were in time and tidy. I definitely would recommend this company and use them again myself.

    A job very well done

    Great experience with A1 Plumbing and Heating. We had our central heating system power flushed with great results. Good comms before the appointment and Luke was very professional on the day. Would recommend.

    A1 Heating recently fitted my new boiler and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The response time was incredibly quick, the customer service was friendly and helpful, and the price was excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and efficient heating work.

    Toilet groaning

    Excellent ease of booking, payment. Plumber called ahead, very reliable, completed works to a high standard. I sourced part so all works could be completed same visit.

    Trustworthy, efficient and friendly.

    Full boiler replacement, combi boiler installation, ancient plumbing removed and replaced, all leftover water tanks, piping etc disposed of and radiators flushed to further improve efficiency. I now have a warm house! A1 came recommended by a friend and I’m glad he did! Tip top friendly customer service from the first visit to the end. From the office staff to the lads who carried out the work it shows they’re working at a company they enjoy being at. Thank you all!

    I contacted A1 after being recommended by a neighbourhood watch group. The owner Ashley contacted me straight away, the process of getting a consult, quotation and booking in the job was executed with sleek professionalism. Dan arrived promptly on the day, was friendly and did an excellent job replacing my kitchen taps. If you are nervous about finding a reliable company, don't be and contact A1, I'm really glad I did!!! I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.
