We have recently had our bathroom refurbished. From the initial consultation, to the end of the installation we were kept informed and updated. The fitter always arrived on time each day and even managed to remove our old bath and put the new one in without breaking any tiles! Amazing. The whole installation went extremely well and seem to be a seamless operation, no doubt due to the whole team involved. Having done research, I contacted A1 to see what to do. They led us through the whole process of choosing materials, equipment, colours etc, then planning the work - timescales, new equipment storage, waste removal, tradesmen timetables and so on. The actual work overseen by their project manager (who is a tradesman) dovetailing the different trades for an almost seamless, continuous process of removal of the old bathroom and installation of the new. The work was completed in line with predicted time and budget. I am very pleased to have used A1and would do so again. The whole installation from start to finish was superb and the completed bathroom was everything that I hoped for. The workmanship was fantastic and everything was left clean and tidy every evening.
