  Bathroom installation

  We used A1 Bathrooms and Kitchens to design, supply and install our bathroom. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout. We were always kept informed about what work would be carried out each day. The team were polite, friendly and efficient. The quality of their work is outstanding, and we are delighted with the result. We would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again for future projects.

  Bathroom Upgrade

  We chose A1 Bathrooms to upgrade 2 bathrooms for us last year as we had used them before. They carried out a complete refit including shower and basin installations, fitting towel rails and mirrors, tiling and flooring. They were very helpful and patient in guiding us through the design process, and nothing was too much trouble in acquiring samples and helping us make a decision. Their tradesmen were polite, pleasant and professional, and worked in a clean and tidy manner. Communication with A1 was timely and they were very prompt in addressing any issues that arose during the process.

  No cheap, but very good

  In Feb'25 we employed A1 to completely refurbish our family bathroom and we were very happy with the result. Therefore it was an easy decision to ask them to carry out a similar refurbishment of our en suite shower room this year. Once again we were very happy with the results. They are not cheap, but because the fitter, electrician, tiler, carpenter, etc, are all directly employed, plus an "installations manager" who co-ordinates everything, the whole job proceeded smoothly.   A Professional Company

  We found A1 Bathrooms & Kitchens to be the most professional of the 3 companies we asked to quote. Everyone we had contact with either in person, phone or email was courteous and conscious of our requirements. Several aspects of the company that we liked and wanted were that they controlled the whole job from start to finish, had directly employed qualified people in the different trades required, e.g. plumbers, electricians, tilers etc. None of the other companies had that and relied on sub-contractors Ryan, our main installer, was a very pleasant fellow and did an excellent job.

  Great experience with A1

  We had such a great experience with A1. We shopped around a fair amount looking for a new bathroom and from start to finish the team at A1 left us feeling confident they were the right people. From Mark helping us with the design in a no pressure way helping us make the best decisions for us and our budget to Ryan who completed the installation and everyone we encountered in between the professionalism and care that was taken at every step was impressive. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a new bathroom.
