We had such a great experience with A1. We shopped around a fair amount looking for a new bathroom and from start to finish the team at A1 left us feeling confident they were the right people. From Mark helping us with the design in a no pressure way helping us make the best decisions for us and our budget to Ryan who completed the installation and everyone we encountered in between the professionalism and care that was taken at every step was impressive. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a new bathroom.

A1 had previously refitted our kitchen in 2019, so they were our first choice when we wanted to upgrade our bathroom and we were not disappointed. The work entailed removing the bath and replacing it with a shower cubical instead. The wiring was upgraded for a higher powered electric shower and extractor. The wall tiles were removed and replaced with wall panels. The Whole Team did a brilliant job, we couldn't have wished for better service. They did an amazing job fitting two new showers into my old house. The finish on both showers look great which I’m sure was particularly challenging since the walls, floors and ceiling of my house aren’t flat/straight. All of the tradesmen were very friendly and the project manager communicated well. Unfortunately there was a small delay at one stage of the project but they checked it wouldn’t impact me too much first.

The refit of our kitchen and adjoining cloakroom area involved both rooms being stripped back to the bare plaster, new plumbing and electrics, tiled flooring, kitchen units and new appliances fitted. We had wanted a 'one-stop' job and, from the initial design meetings through to the end of the project, A1 gave us just that. The designers listened carefully and gave us great ideas, communication was good and we were always kept informed as to who would be doing what and when. The different trades people were all friendly and efficient and the workmanship was excellent.

We have recently had our bathroom refurbished. From the initial consultation, to the end of the installation we were kept informed and updated. The fitter always arrived on time each day and even managed to remove our old bath and put the new one in without breaking any tiles! Amazing. The whole installation went extremely well and seem to be a seamless operation, no doubt due to the whole team involved. An excellent job and we would highly recommend A1 Bathrooms and Kitchens.
