The refit of our kitchen and adjoining cloakroom area involved both rooms being stripped back to the bare plaster, new plumbing and electrics, tiled flooring, kitchen units and new appliances fitted. We had wanted a 'one-stop' job and, from the initial design meetings through to the end of the project, A1 gave us just that. The designers listened carefully and gave us great ideas, communication was good and we were always kept informed as to who would be doing what and when. The different trades people were all friendly and efficient and the workmanship was excellent.

We have recently had our bathroom refurbished. From the initial consultation, to the end of the installation we were kept informed and updated. The fitter always arrived on time each day and even managed to remove our old bath and put the new one in without breaking any tiles! Amazing. The whole installation went extremely well and seem to be a seamless operation, no doubt due to the whole team involved. An excellent job and we would highly recommend A1 Bathrooms and Kitchens.

Having done research, I contacted A1 to see what to do. They led us through the whole process of choosing materials, equipment, colours etc, then planning the work - timescales, new equipment storage, waste removal, tradesmen timetables and so on. The actual work overseen by their project manager (who is a tradesman) dovetailing the different trades for an almost seamless, continuous process of removal of the old bathroom and installation of the new. The work was completed in line with predicted time and budget. I am very pleased to have used A1and would do so again. Good value for money.

I have recently had my bathroom converted into a wet room by your company and I just like to inform you it has been a real pleasure having your team of skilled craftsmen to carry out the transformation. Each and every one has been polite and professional. I do however want to give additional praise for the one person who has been assigned with the job from start to completion, this is Ryan. He is polite, diligent, hardworking, achieves a high level of finish and is a great asset to your company in providing first class customer satisfaction.

The whole installation from start to finish was superb and the completed bathroom was everything that I hoped for. The workmanship was fantastic and everything was left clean and tidy every evening. I have purchased from A1 Bathrooms before but not had them install anything but I am extremely happy that I chose them to install this time
