  I had Arron come out to test for damp/ mould etc, lovey guy, he explained what was happening, gave me a full and detailed report, explained his findings and possible fixes to improve ventilation. Professional, polite. explanation given for various metre readings. He gave a very reasonable quote

  DAMP SURVEY IN STAFFORDSHIRE

  Damp survey in Staffordshire. Jake and Brandon arrived on time with good communication from the first point of contact. They were both very respectful of the property and explained everything thoroughly but in layman's terms. They didn't just explain how the problem could be fixed, they explained what was actually causing the issue. A quote was given before they left and was a lot less than I was expecting. I feel very confident that the work will be carried out to a good standard and in a timely and tidy manner.

  Really pleased with our whole experience. From our first appointment with Jake, he gave a professional and informative survey of our home and what was needed to improve the issue. We were very lucky that we filled in a last minute available slot and a few days later the work was complete. A very big thank you to Andy, Colin and Brandon for their professionalism and hard work in completing the job. Overall very happy. 5* - thank you.
