    bedroom wall damp after burst in the bathroom

    Jan 5 After hours of snow we had a phone call from this company explaining their team might be late . I explained that nothing was getting on or off the estate with the Snow. At 8.15 the two lads turned up in the van Another who walked turned up a little later. They started by covering all carpets shifted the snow as me and wife are in our 70s and doing an excellent job of the wall. Once finished they cleaned up and put our bed back for us . A big thanks to Bully ,Ali and Dec for a first class job . Would I recommend this company YES definitely!

    Knowledgeable, friendly, professional

    Brandon came out today for a free damp survey. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and had equipment that no one else who has surveyed the property has had. The survey was thorough and honest. Staff over the phone were great and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend this company

    Respectful and Informative

    We needed vents to reduce mould. Colin and Andy were great. Cleaned up after themselves, explained how it all worked and what to expect moving forward. They were also very respectful of me working from home as they went about their business.

    tanking and plaster to treat damp

    The problem was diagnosed and solution given by a very knowledgeable and conversational surveyor. The workmen have done a very good job, have tidied up and were friendly and polite. Weatherwise were very responsive to my queries and the damp problem has been resolved! :-)

    Kevin, Col and Cal are great lads and really happy with the work they’ve done tanking, knocking old render off and repointing all around the house. Highly recommend!

    We had a damp problem in our home, and this company was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping us get the issue sorted. The team explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and treated our home with respect. When doing work on the roof the team noticed our front chimney didn’t look safe and immediately sent a surveyor round, as well as reported the issue back to the land loard. The results are great, the damp issue has been resolved, which is such a relief with a baby on the way! Thank you
