  Good consultation about models and sizes of machines. Short delivery dates given and kept to. Care taken on the day and work done efficiently and smoothly. Everything explained well. I would definitely recommend this supplier.

  Leaking washing machine

  From initial contact to repaired machine we simply cannot fault 5 Star Appliances. We called mid morning and they arrived mid afternoon and within an hour had identified the fault knew they had the part, advised costs throughout and repaired all the while explaining what they were doing and why. Can highly recommend and will definitely use again whenever needed. Thanks again guys very grateful to you.

  Replacement heating element for oven.

  I gave this company the job as they phoned almost immediately after I’d posted the job request, arranged to visit the next day, and then fixed it at the earlier opportunity once the parts had arrived. All working fine and they charged the same as two other companies would have. The difference was, this company bothered to call me rather than sending an automated message. The
