The company contacted me quickly and provided approx costs, arrived when they said they would, friendly informative and efficient.

From initial contact to repaired machine we simply cannot fault 5 Star Appliances. We called mid morning and they arrived mid afternoon and within an hour had identified the fault knew they had the part, advised costs throughout and repaired all the while explaining what they were doing and why.
