Very nice, tidy and helpful man. All works and costs were explained to me before the work started. The tap was bought by the plumber and only charged me the amount of the tap even giving me the receipt. The labour was only £175 on a bank holiday Monday which for 2 jobs I thought was very reasonable. I would definitely use again.

Ilhan came straight over after I posted my job to repair stopcock, he came over with no obligation to complete job. He gave me a good explanation of what needed to be done and why. While he was here he looked at another leak from a radiator and was happy to do this also. He was kind, respectful and transparent, he also cleaned up after himself which was lovely. I will definitely call again in future!

I posted my job and someone was here within 30 minutes on a Sunday. Was extremely helpful and transparent about what needed to be done and how much it was cost. They went above and beyond and I would highly recommend.

The bloke was fantastic He talked me through everything he showed me what he was doing. He fixed the leak after I had a rogue trader in. I cannot thank him enough. I will be using him for other jobs as and when they come up and I will be recommending him to all my friends and family thank you so much. He made my day. Helen

Ilhan called within 5 minutes of my job being posted and was at my house within 30 minutes to check the issue. Work was done promptly and for a fair price. Appreciated a call back the following day to check everything was still in working order.

Ilhan immediately responded to a job I posted on checkatrade with a phone call to let me know he was in the area and could come to give a free inspection/quotation which I was happy with. He uses a clear and transparent fee structure and works on no payment upfront. He completed the job promptly and left the area tidy, was very friendly and explained in detail/demonstrated his work when done.
