Polite & efficient service. Elan called to confirm he was on route and arrived as scheduled. The work was completed effectively and without fuss. The work areas were left tidy and overall, I'm very happy to recommend to others & will be using him again in the future.

The plumber gave me a 15 min alert and arrived bang on time. He was very polite and clear with his explanations. He gave me a fair quote for the work. When replacing the inlet valve he discovered that he needed to replace another part. He did not charge me for this because he said it wasn’t in the agreed quote. I was very impressed by his honesty, politeness and neatness and would certainly recommend him.
