10 end of tenancy house clearance

Job location: B98Before starting, the team took the trouble to explain what would be covered by their quotation and what would require a government-mandated "penalty" payment. They were also the only applicant to include a copy of their government Waste Management licence. Their work was efficient, thorough and on completion they gave me a briefing of things they had discovered which I hadn't known about when briefing them; this wasn't a lead-in to extra charges but to help me in planning next stages of dealing with the property. I would happily use them again. 10 House clearence.

Jim and his team are excellent and they work to a very high standard. I recommend this company. They really do care for their customers which is rare these days. Jim and his team were not only extremely competitive but also took away all the hassle of access with skips etc as they used all their own transport to move the rubbish. Brilliant to discuss with and offered ways to keep my costs low. Our company uses products and methods specifically designed to obtain the best results possible for the services we offer including:
House clearance: We understand when clearing a property time and cost are important factors, we use methods to limit the amount of waste through recycling, donation, repurposing and the time involved by using staff that have been trained to approach the task in an effective manner and respectful of our clients wishes. If items are not suitable for recycling then they will be disposed of in the correct way including, fridges, tyres, contaminated and general waste.
Clearance and deep cleaning: The products used for deep cleaning are designed to remove as much dirt, grease, other contaminates and odours as possible allowing for the condition of the property and areas which require attention. Sanitisation products used are the latest anti-microbial with broad spectrum kill and residual control suitable for a wide variety of contaminations including E-coli and Salmonella and other contaminations linked with blood and other fluids.
Due to the sensitive nature of some of our work we uphold a discreet service to all of our clients.
Areas we cover include Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, Cotswolds, Warwickshire, West Midlands, Oxfordshire, other areas by request.
