I highly recommend them. They were very efficient and helpful. They cleared out some furniture, sofas, a mattress, a freezer and other things. Anything still in working order they aim where possible to recycle or to for it to be reused elsewhere. They were in and out within an hour. I would definitely use them again.

A very prompt response to initial enquiry and they arrived on time at the property. Did an excellent job removing carpets, curtains, blinds and other materials, leaving the property in a clean and tidy state. Friendly, efficient and very helpful, they also noticed things we had not seen and could not have been more helpful in carrying out the job. Good value as well and, based on our experience, can highly recommend.

Before starting, the team took the trouble to explain what would be covered by their quotation and what would require a government-mandated "penalty" payment. They were also the only applicant to include a copy of their government Waste Management licence. Their work was efficient, thorough and on completion they gave me a briefing of things they had discovered which I hadn't known about when briefing them; this wasn't a lead-in to extra charges but to help me in planning next stages of dealing with the property. I would happily use them again.
