Before starting, the team took the trouble to explain what would be covered by their quotation and what would require a government-mandated "penalty" payment. They were also the only applicant to include a copy of their government Waste Management licence. Their work was efficient, thorough and on completion they gave me a briefing of things they had discovered which I hadn't known about when briefing them; this wasn't a lead-in to extra charges but to help me in planning next stages of dealing with the property. I would happily use them again.

Jim and his team were not only extremely competitive but also took away all the hassle of access with skips etc as they used all their own transport to move the rubbish. Brilliant to discuss with and offered ways to keep my costs low. Would 100 per cent use these guys again as first choice if I undertook a similar project in the future.
