From arranging an appointment to completion of works could not find fault. Scott & Max explained all the works to be carried out in order to clear the blockage. It was explained to us there were several options and we chose to go ahead with power jet. It was also made clear that jet washing might not solve the problem but it was the first thing we should try and there would be a charge payable. The decision was left up to us whether to go ahead.
