They came the same day as promised. Very polite and explained what would happen. They used a fixer to remove the blockage/ I was lucky it worked as did say it possibly wouldn’t.couldn’t guarantee obviously The camera identified a crack in another pipe which they patched. My insurance company is refusing to pay any of the cost £3600 inc vat which was call out and machine - patch was £720 Would recommend the company but not my insurers

I rang 3 flow asking if they had an engineer that could come and look at my drains, they told me that an engineer would ring that day and took my details. Within minutes a very polite engineer called Kai told me he would be with me within the hour. Kai arrived within 30 minutes, assessed the drains and gave me a no obligation quote to unblock them. I found the price to be very reasonable and he explained everything in great detail. He cleared the drains with his high pressure jet and explained that heDefinitely recommend to anyone. If you have blocked drains then these are the people to call

Lovely man and very friendly

My husband was away on a work trip and my toilet and drains were backing up. I called up as an emergency and they were very professional and reassured me that they could help me urgently. Within the hour they were at my property and diagnosed the problem straight away. They were professional and got the job cleared in no time. My knights in shining armour thank you very grateful. Would highly recommend as I was in a panic.
