10 The hot water cylinder was not working, and there was a leak.

I had a great impression of Pavel from our first conversation. He was helpful and reassuring, and called ahead to confirm his arrival. The hot water system had not been serviced since 2016 and I had been advised it was not perfect. Pavel is an expert who takes great pride in his work. He diagnosed the issues methodically, taking care to ensure the whole system was checked. He did not have time to do everything, so returned at 8.00 the following day. Pavel gave a detailed breakdown of charges, which were more than fair for this level of service. I urgently needed an HIU engineer to fix a leaking HIU system. Fortunately, I found Pavel, who was reliable, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Despite his busy schedule, he attended to the job at 7:00 am to help out. He assessed the problem, ordered the necessary part, and had it fixed within 48 hours from my initial call.
