Pavel’s communication was good, he arrived on time, talked me through the work required, was transparent about cost and different options for how to do the work. Very happy with the installation.

I had a great impression of Pavel from our first conversation. He was helpful and reassuring, and called ahead to confirm his arrival. The hot water system had not been serviced since 2016 and I had been advised it was not perfect. Pavel is an expert who takes great pride in his work. He diagnosed the issues methodically, taking care to ensure the whole system was checked. He did not have time to do everything, so returned at 8.00 the following day. Pavel gave a detailed breakdown of charges, which were more than fair for this level of service. Pavel deserves to do well and is recommended!
