  Fantastic communication and refreshingly on time, polite and a brilliant job done. Replaced my shower valve with great care and organised for a tiler to come and finish off the job. Can’t recommend Robbie highly enough.

  A reasonable, responsive, courteous and efficient plumber

  Robbie was one of the first to respond to a quote request, and was able to visit to assess the scope really quickly. He was polite, professional and courteous, and also realistic about the effort involved. He was booked in within a couple of days and managed to complete the work with minimal disruption. He gave advice on other matters which could be a future problem, and was great at offering solutions to reduce costs. He left the place really clean and tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to use 365 again, or to recommend them to others

  Robbie did exactly what he did he would do and when he said he would do it. He did it well, quickly and charged exactly what he said he would. Communication was excellent and he was very personable. We're very satisfied.
