I am so impressed with this plumber. He is absolutely brilliant and helped rectify a very bad situation I was in when my toilet had dropped like it was about to go through my ceiling. A correct diagnosis of why was made by this plumber, whereas the previous one said my toilet was leaking. It was, but the main issue was rotting floorboards which had weakened. I am disabled and struggle with a lot and was in a terrible state when the plumber arrived. He is so kind and caring and didn’t want to leave me upset and distressed so he waited for the correct workman to turn up to fix the problem.

Really friendly guys, very reasonable pricing and efficient work, they came by to move a radiator for me, no mess and really quick. Would recommend.

Robbie from 365 Plumbing came to view the job, advising me to.purchase a new tap which he would fit the next day. That day he fitted the new tap with no difficulties at all. Everything is now working fine, with no leaks. Robbie arrived on time on both occasions and was very pleasant throughout. I would certainly be happy to use him again.

One of the first companies to contact me who came out the next day to inspect the issue. Identified the issue quickly, gave a reasonable price based on 3 different scenarios Arrived promptly and carried the work out quickly. Left the area clean once finished. Would call again if needed.
