    Trader responded on WhatsApp. Requested use the app so I could keep track of bids. Trader said it was more convenient for THEM to use WhatsApp. Not selected as that attitude does not fit well with customer expectations and doesn't bode well for any future engagement.

    Robbie was brilliant, so was Dean. They arrived on time, completed the work perfectly without fuss, mess or extra fees. He gave advice on other work that needs doing, and helped us formulate a plan for next steps. They are both professional and friendly. Highly recommend, I’ll definitely have them back.
