Job location: S71Ian was very helpful. He responded to my ad and offered me different options to resolve my problem. He was flexible even when I needed to reschedule the appointment date due to my work commitments. On the day he turned up and did an amazing job. He was efficient, polite and pleasant. My tenants front door was jammed shut. Contacted Ian who said he could be at the property later that morning. The problem was explained and price agreed. The work was carried out to a high standard. I called Ian the Locksmith to fix our back door and he arrived within the hour. He was friendly, professional, and had everything sorted quickly. The price was very reasonable too.
