    Patio door lock fault

    Ian came within an hour of my phone call. Explained what the problem was and what work he would be doing. Ian also informed me of the price of the job before he started. The job was carried out with no problems and very professional. Ian kept me informed throughout. I will be keeping Ian’s number and will definitely use again if needed. Cheers Ian

    Repaired one lock and replaced another.

    Brilliant service, was able to come and do the job the same day, really friendly and honest would 100% recommend and will be using them again!

    Couldn’t get key out of lock, couldn’t get door locked.

    Phoned Ian, explained issue. He came out with the hour. Very happy. He fixed the door lock, got the key out and fixed the door. Locks well now and closes well. Very happy with the service. Ian is so pleasant, explains what he is doing and cost beforehand. I would recommend having him Fix locks/doors, I would certainly use him again.

    Ian did a great job with my door that was stuck shut

    Ian first had to "break in" as although the lock was working the mechanism inside the handle had broken. Then luckily he had the part for inside my door and he changed it put it all back together. Checked it locked both sides and suggested I do the same to make sure I was happy with it and cleaned up when he was done (not that there was much mess at all). He even had to come back as I was late home due to an emergency at work and I'd forgotten to let him know. He was very kind about it and a friendly professional guy who did a great job. Thank you
