  potential bugs

  Luke came round to check if we had bed bugs before arranging works to be carried out. He was extremely helpful, professional and confirmed we did not have bed bugs. He was the only person / company that agreed to carry out a house call prior to making a booking for treatment. He came back a week later as a free follow up. Both house visits were free of charge despite him giving lots of advice. Would definitely contact him again.

  identified pest in roof. set up trap and surveillance. then terminated and cleaned up.

  very good. he knew what the issue was and how to sort it. he calculated how long to sort it and was bang on. he dropped in to key an eye on the traps and cleared up so nobody noticed thd issue. my wife and daughter were both pleased with the service as well. I would use him again.

  Pest control

  Luke was very reliable and conscientious. The service I received was very thorough. It is a distressing situation and it made me feel very anxious. Luke recognised this and I was reassured at all times and was given clear explanations of what was being carried out. He resolved the situation very well. I would highly recommend him to help you with pest control.

  Rat in our compost bin

  Our experience with Luke at 2Tap Bird and Pest Solutions has been absolutely terrific from start to finish. He was responsive, and showed up just as scheduled. He provided helpful advice and reassurance, and the communication throughout has been exemplary (right down to very clear and informative reports). Luke listened carefully to our concerns about pets, and adopted an appropriate and effective approach. Problem gone! Would absolutely use his services again, and have already recommended him to a friend.

  Uninvited Mouse

  2Tap Bird and Pest Solutions were recommended by a family friend to look into an uninvited mouse at my mother’s house. Luke was knowledgeable and enthusiastic and put a 3 step plan in place which immediately put my mother’s mind at ease. After the 3rd visit two mice were caught and access points were sealed up to ensure we had no more unwanted visitors in the future. I would not hesitate in recommending Luke at 2Tap and my mother now has his number on speed dial!
