Luke was professional and came back 3 times to lay and check the traps. Respected our house at all times. He communicated everything he was doing and what he suspected was going on. I know if we have further issues I can rely on Luke. I highly recommend this company.

I found a wasp nest in our garden the day before we had a big celebration BBQ planned. I thought it was going to be a disaster, but I found 2Tap online, and Luke was onsite less than 3 hours later. He dealt with the nest very efficiently. By evening, there was no remaining wasp activity. Party went ahead as planned, and we all had a great time!

Luke came round to check if we had bed bugs before arranging works to be carried out. He was extremely helpful, professional and confirmed we did not have bed bugs. He was the only person / company that agreed to carry out a house call prior to making a booking for treatment. He came back a week later as a free follow up. Both house visits were free of charge despite him giving lots of advice. Would definitely contact him again.
