  Mal is a bubbly person with a lot of knowledge and aims to ensure he maintains his customers. Had a leaking cracked shower which he fixed quickly and effectively.

  Mal did a great job of delivering our bathroom. The level of finish to his plumbing and tiling was outstanding and meant that we only needed to book him for the whole job. He was very good at helping us deliver our vision and worked collaboratively to find the best solution. He suggested an alternate layout for the space which improved our bathroom massively, meaning we have so much more space now. Mal communicates well and responds quickly to any questions we have. As a first time buyer, this was great as we have never done this process before. I would highly recommend Mal to anyone

  I had a tap leak and replacing a tap required. Mal was really friendly and professionally gets the job done to the point he changed the stop valves and flexi pipes, going that extra mile to ensure the job is done not only cleanly but the extra effort to get the part and replacing anything seen as an issue. Cannot fault the professionalism or service. Highly recommend.

  Mastic for bathroom and shower enclosure fitting

  Update: I will keep this 100% factual & not include any of my opinions or subjectivity. Shower enclosure was fitted correctly as per instructions. Mastic leaked in small area of shower but plumber agreed to re-silicone shower however I said I would do it myself. The Job booked first time round was cancelled due to his family sickness and second time I cancelled as plumber wanted to come over 5pm on Xmas eve when it was rebooked for 12pm Xmas eve. I requested a receipt 6 times by WhatsApp which was promised each time & to date despite 6 promises has not sent my receipt which I urgently needed
