Mal was hired to replace a shower and bathroom. He provided great advice when we were deciding on the fittings and the decor (e.g. whether to have half-tiled, fully tiled or painted walls). He was always polite and pleasant to talk to. The work was to a good standard and he did a through job of tidying up. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

I chose 2nd Nature Plumbing & Heating to replace my kitchen faucet because of all the plumbers contacted, this was the most forthright firm. While others obfuscated Mal explained to me what the job would entail and assured me that he could complete within the hour. And, he was true to his word. He was polite, professional, explained what he was doing while he worked and cleared up beautifully after himself. He was so easy to get along with the hour flew by. I would happily recommend and use 2nd Nature Plumbing & Heating again.

We hired Mal to put in a new kitchen sink and found him to be honest, personable, and concerned with doing the work well. When he started the job he found a couple of underlying issues that made the work significantly more complicated than we (or he) had anticipated. He clearly explained the choice we faced and the additional cost. When something else went wrong, he was gracious and didn't charge us to make another visit to sort it out. Mal is chatty, and we genuinely enjoyed meeting him.

Requested trace and access report. The following is what I received. "WorkTrace and track detection 1st..On my arrival I noticed stains on celin from bathroom. Above, bathroom to be refurbished 2nd.. Soil pipe above to bottom of property letting by in many places. Have discussed with Client to make new channel and rerun Cold supply and waste water pipes In bottom floor, we are in discussion know," He sent the invoice on a Friday afternoon and then chased payment Saturday, 7 AM Sunday and multiple other times. He didn't realise that the problem was with the roof not the plumbing.

Really helpful and gave advice on resolving the leak. Good communication in relation to job.

Mal was available on short notice for a stairs carpet removal and pain touch ups. He did a good job and came up with a solution to leave the carpets for access. Appreciate the good work!
