  Replacing faulty shower

  I was contacted very quickly in the afternoon. Marcus arrived promptly the following morning at 9am. He found that he wasn't able to fix the shower. I agreed for him to fit a new one. He went away for another job, but he was back and my shower was replaced within half an hour by 1:30. Marcus was extremely pleasant and polite. He kept me up to date with what he was doing. He cleared up any mess that was created. I will most definitely use him again.

  Emergency call out to disconnect dishwasher as it wouldn't disconnect from the tap.

  Marcus came out a few hours after my call. I was having a new dishwasher delivered and installed later in the day but we couldn't disconnect the old one without it leaking as the tap and isolation switch needed replacing. Marcus was polite, friendly, quick and efficient. He sorted out the problem. He also noticed our external stop cock wasn't fully turning off and advised me to contact Southern water. I would highly recommend Marcus and will use him again in the future.
