Have used Marcus 3 times, he always responds on day I’ve contacted him. He comes as soon as he can, I have been lucky and comes following day. Fitted new shower, fitted new stop cock and replaced a stuck toilet seat with a new one. Very friendly, likes a chat and works fast and cleanly. Highly recommend Pat Porter

Located problem found appropriate product and fixed

Marcus sent a WhatsApp message very quickly, he enquired what the problem was and came out the following morning, ( it wasn’t urgent ). He arrived at the time he said and evaluated the jobs, he repaired two leaking taps but had to order a triflow tap as the hard water we have here had made it irreparable. He obtained one and came today with the tap and changed it. He is very competent and reliable so would recommend him. He’s also a very friendly person.

An old electric shower had burnt out, Marcus sourced a replacement and kept me informed of it's delivery date / time. Marcus was polite, professional, the price quoted was the price paid, He was extremely tidy and efficient. An excellent job carried out. Marcus has helped me on a few occasions. He installed an electric shower which had a fault a few months later. He came very quickly, had the part that he thought it might be. He spent about ten minutes (we were chatting for quite a large part) and the shower was fixed. He is very polite and friendly, asked if he needed to take his shoes off. I would highly recommend him.
