Vlad provided an exceptional timely service to patch a very bad job done by a so called 'emergency locksmith'. Vlad was professional, timely, communicated all pricing very well and was clear about the solution. He even repaired my door after a huge hole had been drilled in it which was such a saving grace! Locked out on a Sunday at 5:30pm. Rang & spoke to Vlad and he gave me a quote and arrived within 20mins. He was a lifesaver. He was professional, efficient and kept to his quote.
