The job required a repair to the lock on an outbuilding & re-alignment of the front door. After sending a couple of photos of the doors/locks, Vlad responded promptly & was able to fit the repair job in within a few days. He turned up on time & was courteous & polite. I asked for advice on which lock to go for and he didn’t try to upsell me but gave me a good overview of the options, and advised not to replace the lock mechanism which was already in good nick.
