Vlad was fantastic at keeping me updated re his arrival time, he came on the same day I put the job on Checkatrade. After reviewing some photos he confirmed he could fix my lock. He was able to fix the lock gear box and so that I could secure my house make a temporary repair on the bolts system. He saved me a fortune! I was really impressed by his knowledge, skill in repair, communication, cleanliness and time keeping. I would 100% recommend him!

Vlad replied promptly to my request for a quote, spoke politely and helpfully on the phone and carried out the job the next day. His price was reasonable - about half of another tradesman’s - and his work seems first rate. He is also an approachable and pleasant person with excellent spoken and written English. I recommend Vlad fully and would certainly employ him again.

With a sliding door jammed shut, I genuinely worried the cost to fix the lock would be through the roof. And after calling round, plenty of locksmiths were preparing me for a big payout. Vlad sounded more measured and honest than the rest. He avoided damaging the door frame when forcing it open, replaced the broken multipoint lock and barrel, worked cleanly and with ultimate professionalism and knowledge. He was also totally transparent about cost, and charged more than fairly for his time and attention to detail. So happy now to review his brilliant work and trustworthy nature. Thank you!

Vlad dealt with our Banham locks that had misaligned recently. He worked efficiently to diagnose the problem and work out a plan. He reset the strike plates into the door and ensured that the bolts worked smoothly again. He used wood filler to make good the areas he had to cut in to and was very tidy. An absolutely excellent job, done very quickly. Would highly recommend Vlad especially for Banham jobs as working with these locks required a lot of skill. Thank you!
