  Repair and refurbishment of tiled roof on a 50-year-old, 4-bedroom detached house.

  We first met Nathan following roof work he undertook for neighbours. Whilst undertaking chimney repairs for us he identified more substantial problems with our roof, including fascias, soffits and gutters. As a result we asked him to undertake a thorough refurbishment of the roof, including complete felting and re-tiling. Throughout the work Nathan and his team were very careful and considerate in what they did, talking us through any choices that needed to be made. We also employed him and his team to undertake/subcontract a substantial drive extension, resurfacing project for us.

  new roof for bungalow. new soffits & guttering.

  needed new roof, got 4 quotes. we went with 1st Trust. Nathan and his team did perfect job on the new roof, very professional and meticulous in all aspects of the work. The help & suggestions from Nathan regarding the guttering and the ridge tiles made for a very superior finish. nothing was too much trouble, Nathan kept us informed every step of the way. cleaned and packed away all equipment when finished even brought his own power wash and cleaned where they had been working and this was 7pm. Nathan has a great team of professionals working with him.I would recommend to anyone. great job.

  New roof and drive

  Nathan and his team have done an excellent job of both the roof and the new resin drive. Nothing was too much trouble and he kept me informed of everything that was happening. His attention to detail is brilliant...Nothing was too much trouble for him...I'm more than pleased with everything.... the resin drive is amazing...the removal of the old garage roof and re-roofing was done to a high standard. Would have no hesitation to contact him any further jobs

  Replacing the entire roof of a Victorian terrace, reworking the chimney stack and insulation

  An excellent experience all round. Nathan have an accurate quote, turned up on time - his team worked really hard whatever weather. The result has been spot on with no issues over the last couple of years. Such a relief to find an expert tradesman and team who was clear, honest, trustworthy and pleasant too.

  New roof and driveway

  I needed a new roof and my family recommended Nathan/1st Trust Home Improvements who came to quote. Nathan also quoted for my attached neighbour and he and his team worked tirelessly to complete the job for us during the specified timescale. Very happy with the work that Nathan and his team provided and the little extras they did to help out. This was in March 2023. As I found Nathan and his team reliable and trustworthy I asked for advice on my driveway front garden and Nathan gave me some options tailored to suit my needs. This work was completed in May 2024 and I am delighted. Thanks!
