We have used 1st Trust Home improvements on 3 separate occasions. They replaced our roof, and boarded out the loft, and fibre glassed our kitchen extension roof. Then they replaced our smaller conservatory roof, and fibre glassed it. We have just had them in to replace our main conservatory roof with lightweight plastic tiles, and also our shed roof felt replaced with a strong frame, boarded, & replaced with a rubber roof. We found nothing to be too much trouble for them. They arrived on time, and worked extremely hard getting the work done. No problems since 1st work 2019. Top quality work.

We contacted Nathan as he was assisting a neighbour. The crew fully removed the old roof and replaced the old timbers. They also installed breathable felt and put up fresh modern tiling. In addition new timbers were needed in the loft, and the old insulation needed to be replaced, which they did at the same time. The loft was also fully reboarded along with a woodworm/dry/wet rot treatment. On the external garage and lobby the flat roofing was replaced. Asbestos was removed. Guttering was replaced. Highly recommended.

This was probably one of the best experiences I've had with a tradesperson and we'll be using them again in the future should anything else happen with our next house. Nathan and team were brilliant from start to finish; they were even early in turning up to inspect the roof after having been let down by three roofers the previous day. Honest, very fair price, and great work carried out. They've really helped us out just before moving house, so can't recommend them enough 👍

Nathan was quick to start reroofing for us and work was carried out well and quickly. We were kept informed throughout the work schedule and updated each day. Men tidied up every day and when finished and scaffolding down, another tidy up done. We would recommend his work to anyone.
