  Really positive experience with 1st Roofing Specialists - most affordable quote, very responsive, completed the job (reflecting a summerhouse roof) quickly but smartly, including replacing a few rotten wooden beams at minimal extra expense. Would definitely recommend!

  Leak in the loft

  I praise the job done by 1st Roofing Specialist Ltd! It turned out to be a broken tile which was replaced. Great communication, getting assessment quickly and job done properly as I have no more problems in the loft after one month. I would definitely use them again!

  Excellent work rebedding and repointing ridge tiles

  I have used this company before, and once again they did not disappoint. I had a leak from a ridge in the main roof of the house, and this was inspected from inside and outside the loft to find it before raking out and repointing the tiles on the ridge which was found to be at fault. They arrived perfectly on time, did the work very tidily and the problem is now resolved. Good work and I thoroughly recommend them.

  We had gutters soffits and garage door cleaned . The work was done efficiently and the men were pleasant and polite . Would recommend.
