Poorly designed bathrooms and drainage blighted our lovely home - which has now been fully rectified and drastically improved upon Alan’s investigation, analysis and solutions. A repeatedly blocked sink which caused our call out, revealed scaled, backed up and septic waste lying in incorrectly installed pipework, accumulating unhealthily over time. We are so grateful to Alan’s insightful expertise and experience, due to his multi faceted approach to our issues of drainage, sewerage (int./ext.), plumbing and his extensive equipment which meant he was a one stop powerhouse to swiftly resolve.Verified reviewerJob location: SO5110 Drain cleaning

Alan came out to assess the problem as all our efforts to clear the problem were unsuccessful. He identified the cause and explained everything in detail and by using cameras could show me. Once the blockage was cleared he power flushed the pipes to clear and remove a substantial build up of limescale. As an addition I asked if he could run the camera through the pipe work leading to a sewage treatment plant which he done for me giving me peace of mind. We opted for a full drain survey following initial concerns raised by a homebuyers survey. We are glad We did as the finding and the report provided enabled us to go back to the vendor and renegotiate on the price of the property.
