  House extension

  We recently had a rear extension added to our home, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The team was professional, and communication was excellent throughout. The project was completed on time and within budget, with great attention to detail. The builders kept the site tidy and were respectful of our space.   Full Flat Refurbishment

  We purchased a flat that needed a complete refurbishment. 1st Option Construction came in and completely transformed the space into a modern, comfortable living space. The walls and ceiling were plastered to a mirror finish. The sockets and wiring updated and chased into the walls. Lovely new floors throughout, with seamless transition between the laminate and tile. A fully redone floor-to-ceiling tiled bathroom (with lots of complicated corners) and brand new WC now with its own sink. A perfectly fit new kitchen that makes use of every space while looking sleek and minimal.
