WARNING: This tradesperson has taken my money and not completed the work. The communication was terrible and deadlines were moved constantly. It's a shame as his work when the project first started was very good, he communicated well and did a nice job on my kitchen. He convinced me he was trustworthy during the course of the project and asked for advanced payments in order to continue the work, which didnt get done.

We asked 1st Option construction to complete exterior work to install additional supports to the downstairs bay window of our 1930s house due to some long term movement. They completed this work to a high standard and were very efficient. The second stage of the work involved reducing the size of a downstairs cloakroom to enable access from the hall to the kitchen. In addition they relocated kitchen units to work with the new configuration. We found 1st Option to be reliable and always able to offer advice as to how best to make use of space. We would certainly use them again.
