Whilst my son was away, his burglar alarm was sounding for no reason. Tried to stop it by keying in the code - no joy. Got First Choice Security's details via Google / Checkatrade. Phoned at 3.38 pm. Josh was very friendly and helpful. Sent him photos and he made some suggestions - trying to help me sort it to avoid a call out fee. Sadly, these tips didn't work and he sent an engineer. Zak arrived at 4.50 pm - friendly, efficient and confident. All sorted by 5.00 pm - less than 90 minutes from first contact.
