10 Problem with burglar alarm sounding for no reason

Whilst my son was away, his burglar alarm was sounding for no reason. Tried to stop it by keying in the code - no joy. Got First Choice Security's details via Google / Checkatrade. Phoned at 3.38 pm. Josh was very friendly and helpful. Sent him photos and he made some suggestions - trying to help me sort it to avoid a call out fee. Sadly, these tips didn't work and he sent an engineer. Zak arrived at 4.50 pm - friendly, efficient and confident. All sorted by 5.00 pm - less than 90 minutes from first contact. Extremely friendly and helpful. They tried hard to solve the problem over the phone to save the call out fee. However the engineer had to come. Very polite and professional. Worked hard in the rain and sorted the problem in an hour. I will be setting up a service contract with 1st Choice as I know they are reliable and won't rip you off. I contacted 1st choice security for some new gates. James came out and did a site survey. Christine and charlotte in the office were great with the communication and updates and we received the quotation from Joshua extremely quickly. 10 Replace faulty key pad on electric gate
