We recently had new vehicle and pedestrian gates installed at our school by 1st Choice Security, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Josh and the team were exceptional throughout the whole process. The end product is of outstanding quality, and the workmanship is second to none. Their customer service was brilliant—friendly, professional and genuinely committed to getting everything right for us. Communication was clear and consistent at every stage, and we always felt well informed. We were also really impressed with the value for money and the thoughtful advice offered.

During the initial survey everything was well explained and all questions patiently answered. The choices all Alarm Systems were well described which meant we were able to make well informed decisions. They were extremely flexible in working with the Company that were installing a new front door on the same day. The engineer on the day was delightful to work with and took his time to explain how the new System worked. With the three individuals we dealt with throughout the whole process all were extremely polite and very professional. We would definitely use 1st Choice again.
