During the initial survey everything was well explained and all questions patiently answered. The choices all Alarm Systems were well described which meant we were able to make well informed decisions. They were extremely flexible in working with the Company that were installing a new front door on the same day. The engineer on the day was delightful to work with and took his time to explain how the new System worked. With the three individuals we dealt with throughout the whole process all were extremely polite and very professional. We would definitely use 1st Choice again.

Whilst my son was away, his burglar alarm was sounding for no reason. Tried to stop it by keying in the code - no joy. Got First Choice Security's details via Google / Checkatrade. Phoned at 3.38 pm. Josh was very friendly and helpful. Sent him photos and he made some suggestions - trying to help me sort it to avoid a call out fee. Sadly, these tips didn't work and he sent an engineer. Zak arrived at 4.50 pm - friendly, efficient and confident. All sorted by 5.00 pm - less than 90 minutes from first contact. First Choice Security is an apt name for a company offering such good service
