Josh was very friendly and helpful. Sent him photos and he made some suggestions - trying to help me sort it to avoid a call out fee. Sadly, these tips didn't work and he sent an engineer. Zak arrived at 4.50 pm - friendly, efficient and confident. All sorted by 5.00 pm - less than 90 minutes from first contact. First Choice Security is an apt name for a company offering such good service
