Whilst my son was away, his burglar alarm was sounding for no reason. Tried to stop it by keying in the code - no joy. Got First Choice Security's details via Google / Checkatrade. Phoned at 3.38 pm. Josh was very friendly and helpful. Sent him photos and he made some suggestions - trying to help me sort it to avoid a call out fee. Sadly, these tips didn't work and he sent an engineer. Zak arrived at 4.50 pm - friendly, efficient and confident. All sorted by 5.00 pm - less than 90 minutes from first contact. First Choice Security is an apt name for a company offering such good service

Turned out the next day, ordered materials to rectify problem, returned when parts arrived and carried out the work

Extremely friendly and helpful. They tried hard to solve the problem over the phone to save the call out fee. However the engineer had to come. Very polite and professional. Worked hard in the rain and sorted the problem in an hour. I will be setting up a service contract with 1st Choice as I know they are reliable and won't rip you off. Very happy ( and grateful) for their work.
