Lee was fantastic and professional. We had an issue with a blocked drain, he responded to my enquiry within minutes on a Saturday evening and offered to come out to take a look on Sunday morning. He was on time, did investigations, spoke to the neighbour and quickly identified the issue was a blockage beyond our property boundaries. He then gave us advice on how to contact Thames Water to make sure they would come out to us quickly. This advice worked and Thames Water attended our property within 30 minutes to fix it. Lee resolved a blocked drain at our property. He was very generous with his time, and took the lead in coordinating with our neighbours to resolve the issue at our property and ensure no issues at theirs. I thought it would be a quick job, but it took a lot of effort to unblock from various access points across three properties. It was worth every penny!
