Fantastic service. Lee responded within 15 mins and turned up within the hour to look at our blocked drains. Quoted and completed the work in rapid time! Impressed at how easy and straightforward it all was. Lee was very polite and knowledgeable answering all our questions. Rang Lee and explained the issue. He offered to come round same day which was impressive! Very professional and friendly explaining everything he needed to do and why, after assessing the issue. Quoted a price before starting work. All done and completed and tidied up to my absolute satisfaction. Job location: GU52We called Lee due to blocked waste pipe which caused backflow in the toilet and shower. He came next day (actually offered to come the same day we called but we couldn't make it) After checking the pipe with camera he found a tree root blocking it. Managed to cut and remove it. All done within an hour. Although I hope I won't use his service again😊 I'm so thankful for great work done, I would recommend him thousand times
