Emptying a bucket of water down our outside drain, I accidentally left a large dishwasher salt cap in it and it fell in and out of reach. I found Lee on checkatrade, after calling him he arrived within 30 minutes, with camera and suction equipment he was able to retrieve the cap. He definitely saved us the worry of a much bigger problem if it had time to travel further and block our pipes which he was able to show us it would have indeed done.
