Huge positive review for Lee and 1st Choice Property Solutions. We contacted him on a Friday evening after noticing our main drain was blocked and close to overflowing. He responded within a few minutes and arranged to come out early the next morning with an agreed price. Lee arrived at time agreed, quick work, friendly and happy to give advice to prevent the same issue occurring in the future. Have used him before and will definitely use again if needed.

Lee is very friendly and helpful, patiently answers all questions and gives useful advice. He answers messages very promptly and I was able to book him quickly which was great. He very kindly installed a piece of extra pipe to help fix my drain problem at no extra charge. Altogether a really nice chap whom I highly recommend.

Excellent, strongly recommend. I messaged Lee and he came out within the hour the day before Christmas and cleared our drains. He explained what was wrong and how much it would cost. Lee was very friendly and approachable and we cannot recommend him enough.

Lee came out the same morning I asked for a quote. Luckily for me he was able to do the job straight away. He had the drain cleared in no time and was reasonably priced. He and he's work mate were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend!
