    Electric board required replacement-no power to machine

    Huge recommendation. Fantastic turnaround time, the engineer explained the fault and the parts and the job required. The required part was ordered the same day, I had a phone call within 48 hours to update me and book the return visit. No money was charged until the job was done. Engineer who came to my property was so polite. 10/10 huge thanks :)

    I have been using 1st Call Appliance for the last 15 years at least for all my appliances and every time they have dealt with it professionally and sorting out the matter in a swift and timely manner. Ross has been great and has great knowledge about the appliances. So does Terry!
