    1st Call responded quickly to my request for help, came out promptly to investigate the problem with my washing machine, and were able to supply and fit a new machine for me when it was obvious the old one was beyond help.

    New oven delivered and installed

    I had a new Beko electric oven delivered and installed after my old oven couldn't be repaired last week. Once again the service I had from Ross was very friendly and helpful. He brought the new oven in so I could have a look at it as he disconnected my old oven. He also told me that the paperwork was inside it. He then connected the new oven and checked it was working properly before giving me my warranty. The whole process lasted no more than fifteen minutes. I'm very grateful for Ross's friendly and helpful approach.
