  Oven maintenance

  Needed an oven fixed as soon as possible. Used check a trade search and 1st Call came out within 2 hours. Great job, didn’t need to wait for part. Everything left clean and all in good working order.

  Repairing a dishwasher that was not running, and changing the fuse for the ignition on a gas hob.

  The company were super fast with response times and great at communicating. After the first visit, the dishwasher was left on a test cycle but once finished, it didn’t work, so a revisit was required. It felt frustrating to pay £200 for this, but when the engineer revisited, without charge, the issue was solved. Overall this was a great service. Perhaps a little more expensive than I was expecting - labour was quoted at £75 an hour, and the engineer was there for less than one hour. Two parts were paid for. However; would I use again? Yes, based on the speed and professional nature.

  GOOD PRICE AND GOOD JOB.

  I needed my oven repaired. The guy asked about the oven make and the problem on the call. He has come ready with a new part [fan]. It has only taken him under 30 minutes to repair it. The price for the job was very good. He has not charged us any extra for coming on Saturday.

  Very proactive team - arranged an appointment for the following day with a fixed price for labour; appeared at the agreed time, problem discovered, discussed and additional costs agreed, and then work undertaken very quickly. Very friendly service, very happy.
