  Great repair service

  Very happy about the repair - washer/dryer is drying like a brand new machine! Ross was very nice and took time to make sure everything was working as intended before leaving.

  Really nice friendly lady in office. Engineer turned up on time, was professional and explained what had happened. Fixed it. DEFINITELY got their number on speed dial. Satisfied customer.

  Excellent Service

  Excellent service from their initial speedy response. The engineer was pleasant, claerly an expert who worked quickly. He also took the time to explain various features on the Neff Dishwasher which although having owned it for over 10 years I was unaware. I can unreservedly recommend them.

  Washing machine repair

  The washing machine had an issue with continuous spinning and the clothes not being wrung. They were friendly and prompt in attending , they thought it was a faulty pump, which was replaced. They also found some blockage which was cleared after the second visit. This did not resolve the issue and they then advised to contact hotpoint directly as they were unable to fix the issue as they then thought it could be a programming issue.
