I have been using this company for all my heating and plumbing needs for over 10 years now . They have serviced my boiler every year for at least 12 years . Refitted upstairs shower added new radiator in conservatory , removed bath & refitted as a wet room & various other jobs like blocked toilet. No job is too small & always done to a great standard . They have never let me down and cone when they say . Always pilite and tidy up after themselves. Would definitely recommend this company .

I've used 1st Avenue a few times now, and am always impressed with their service and expertise. I recently had my boiler replaced by Ed and Tim, who, from start to finish were both professional and friendly, making the whole process incredibly smooth. They arrived on time and got straight to work, completing the replacement quickly without any issues, and sharing their knowledgeable expertise along the way. Not only did they do an excellent job with the installation, but they also left my kitchen as tidy as they found it. I would highly recommend 1st Avenue to anyone.

The guys were great, they explained everything really clearly at the beginning and throughout carrying out the work. Quality of work was excellent. The moved radiators and sunken pipes were done really well, making the plastering easier. Boiler was sized up to the requirements of house and they also bricked up the previous gas exit hole, with similar bricks to the house

Very happy with Edward .so this is 2nd boiler ....all paperwork completed with building control ..
