  Fantastic, speedy and professional service by Darek who manage to make time to come on the very day itself and fit this blind in. Very neat and tidy work. Would highly recommend and I may give him a shout for our next blind/curtains project when we look at that!

  Thank you to Elson for such a prompt, honest and genuine visit initially where he advised me what the best thing to do was based on my needs for this work. He then was very clear about this availability and the work he would carry out and he turned up on time and did a clean job to get me back working again!

  Complete replacement of an old water cylinder system and boiler with a combi boiler

  I could not be happier with the professionalism, attention to detail, tidiness and care that Ed and his team took to carry out this job on relatively short notice. We were moving into the place at the same time as this and Ed was incredibly mindful of this . He clearly takes pride in his work, explained what was going on was incredibly polite and honest. Highly, highly recommended and I have already recommended him to some friends and colleagues. Thank you again Ed!

  Our fridge/freezer suddenly stopped cooling/freezing things even though the light/fan was working.

  Dominique was a class act from the moment he called me. He was clear about his availability, time and how he would go about assessing the job before trying to fix it. Upon arrival I immediately got the impression that he's both knowledgeable, professional and ncredibly polite - he even offered to cover his shoes. As for the job itself, he carefully investigated and diagnosed the problem with an over-heating component. He informed me how he was going to fix it and did so in a matter of minutes. Then he made absolutely sure everything was working before heading off. Overall 10/10 service!!
