He checked everything on the phone beforehand. Came when he said he would, quickly diagnosed problem. New aerial and wiring fitted immediately and made safe. Pleasant and helpful. Top marks.

Sent Jeff a Text on Saturday explaining the situation with our TV picture. He arrived as arranged on the next Monday and evaluated the cause and offered a solution. Really pleased we accepted his expert advice, as we now have great TV reception. Cannot recommend Jeff services highly enough. John

I called Jeff this morning because I thought my satellite dish needed re aligning however after his guidance and instructions it turns out its the sky q box that has a fault, Jeff was so helpful and patient,and was happy to help me as much as he could,unfortunately I now have to call sky as it seems I may need a new box but I can't thank Jeff enough for taking the time to help me.

1st Aerials R Us replied really quickly to my enquiry, giving me a quote after I sent some photos of the old aerial and satellite dish I needed removing. Jeff came two days after my first point of contact and did a great efficient job.
