Our carpets were in a very poor state, having not been cleaned professionally for 6 years, plus dogs running about on them constantly. We thought we might need to replace the carpets, but James did a superb job to restore them to perfection. He worked long and hard, particularly on some stubborn stains. We will book 1A Acclaim on a yearly basis from now on. Job location: PO19The carpet looked like new. I was delighted. A few marks were left on the sofa but I had been pre warned of this. I would definitely use them again and really recommend Justin10 Landing, two flights of stairs and a lounge
