Our carpets were in a very poor state, having not been cleaned professionally for 6 years, plus dogs running about on them constantly. We thought we might need to replace the carpets, but James did a superb job to restore them to perfection. He worked long and hard, particularly on some stubborn stains. We will book 1A Acclaim on a yearly basis from now on. They have saved us a lot of money and we recommend them without reservation.
